Full Glazing Package.

We were appointed across multiple areas of this property to deliver a consistent, high-end glazing package that tied together both the structural and decorative elements of the home.

Rather than isolated installations, the brief was to ensure every glass detail worked as part of a wider finish.

Scope of Works

• Frameless glass balustrades fixed on stand-off bolts throughout the staircase and internal areas
• Bespoke frameless shower enclosure in low iron toughened glass, paired with brass hardware
• Antique mirror installation to the lower staircase wall
• Large bespoke wall mirror with precision brilliant cut detailing
• Multiple Juliet balconies installed externally

Approach

Each element required a different fixing method and level of precision, but the focus remained the same throughout — clean lines, consistency in finish, and attention to detail.

The internal balustrades were installed using stand-off fixings to give a floating appearance, keeping the staircase light and open while still providing full safety.

For the bathroom, low iron glass was selected to remove any green tint and allow the brass fittings to stand out properly — a small detail that makes a big difference in high-end spaces.

The antique mirror at the base of the stairs was used to add depth and character, while the bespoke wall mirror with brilliant cut lines introduced a more decorative, crafted finish.

Externally, the Juliet balconies were installed to maintain safety without interrupting the elevation of the building.

Installation

With multiple elements across different areas of the property, coordination was key.

All works were carefully sequenced to align with other trades, ensuring clean installations and protecting finished surfaces. Each piece was templated, manufactured and installed with tight tolerances to maintain consistency across the project.

Result

The finished result is a cohesive glazing package that runs throughout the property — combining structural glass, functional elements, and decorative features into one clean, considered finish.
